As per Ayurveda, it is not a piece of good advice to sleep during daytime, as this is the time to be full of energy and spend your time doing the work, which requires your bodily functions. It shall also bring up the imbalance in the pitta and Kapha dosha making your body slow and lethargic, turning you non – functional.
